All valuations are carried out under the guidelines as set out in the R.I.C.S "Red Book" and can usually be completed at fairly short notice. Competitive fees for this kind of work would normally be agreed in advance and payable on completion of the valuation. Where Robinson and Gregory are instructed to offer a property For Sale or To Let, having previously provided a valuation for this purpose, the valuation fee paid or a proportion of it would normally be credited to any final account for commission on sale or letting.

Robinson and Gregory do not undertake structural surveys but are able to provide Schedule of Dilapidations/Wants of Repair or Schedules of Condition.

These documents are particularly useful in connection with leases upon commercial and industrial property.
